COVID-19 Safety Protocols

We understand these are unique times. Our goal and commitment is to create a safe learning environment for our staff and our students that keeps us all healthy and protected. 

We’ve outlined protocols for our business based on guidelines from the CDC. Please note these are subject to change as health and safety recommendations are updated. We thank you in advance for following our protocols and helping to keep our studio safe!

General Protocol 

  1. Please use non-contact, socially distanced greeting methods (no high-fives, hugs, handshakes, etc.).
  2. Our lobby will not be open as a waiting area for parents or groups.
  3. Appointments with our Front Desk Manager will need to be made in advance for any questions or assistance. Please call ahead to make a reservation.
  4. Each class will have it’s own designated exterior entrance and exit.
  5. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms. See our Studio Policies regarding absences and cancellations for serious illness.
  6. Please stay home if you have a sick member of your household or have recently been in contact with someone who is sick.

Class Protocol

  1. Staff members are required to wear a mask.
  2. Staff members will have temperatures taken at the beginning of each day of teaching.
  3. Students who are 11 years and older are required to wear a mask per Colorado’s Mask Guidance Order.
  4. Hand sanitizer will be available for students to use before, during and after class. 
  5. Students will take class while practicing 6-feet of physical distancing, with designated spaces marked on the floor.
  6. Please bring a water bottle with enough water to last you through class .

Private Lesson Protocol 

  1. Staff members are required to wear a mask.
  2. Students who are 11 years and older are required to wear a mask per Colorado’s Mask Guidance Order.
  3. Students and teachers will practice 6-feet of physical distancing.
  4. For students under 18, they may be accompanied by one adult only.
  5. We will have a designated and sanitized seating area for any adult guest of a minor during the lesson.
  6. For students 18 and over, no guests are allowed.
